Great food and milkshakes... I had a vanilla milkshake infused with strawberries and topped with whipped cream, fries and a bacon cheeseburger topped with ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mushrooms.
My gf told me that she had five guys once and loved it. Said it was the best. So i thought i would try it out and was pleasantly surprised. Was a great burger actually and i loved the fries. The peanuts while i waited was a nice touch as well and the effort to make the food was greatly appreciated. Edit: Turns out the restaurant was not what my girlfriend was talking about. At all She said shes never been to this chain before and now wants to take a break in our relationship. She talks to all my friends... im horrified
I am more than pleased with 5 guys. It takes alot of passion and love for a manager to go out of their way to make their customers happy. I want to thank Randy personally. You deserve high praise. I had a horrible allergic reaction to my food because of onions put on my burger. Went I went in to report this he went out of his way. And sincerely apologized and made things right for me. He got my food replaced and also refunded my wrong order. It was way more than I expected. Thanks again Randy and believe me. You deserve more than just a thank you. And I hope that your bosses realize what a special person they have in you. Keep being you and stay true. Thank you again. We will always be loyal customers
This Five Guys locations has really stepped up to deal with Covid. Even before the enhanced restrictions they had taken tangible steps to limit exposure for clients and staff. Most of the seating has been cleared to allow more space to spread out, all staff were wearing masks and/or behind plastic shielding. There is still a lot of traffic during peak hours so they are asking people to place their orders ahead of time via their website so it can be ready to go and reduce the number of people waiting inside. A great place for a quick and delicious meal, just try not to come back too often!!
