Terrible service. What place tells you that you cannot return an item AFTER you have purchased it!? Not everyone automatically knows the store policies! They should be explaining to customers BEFORE making a purchase if something cannot be returned. Thankfully they agreed to refund the purchase, but not without a lot of complaining. How unprofessional! I will not return!

Took bag in for warranty repair, told multiple times over six months that they have heard nothing and repairs are backed up, then management change, then we can't find claim check books, then "please come back with your receipts ". Then finally today, young man, doing his job, finds book, makes the effort to trace it and locates the bag, never shipped, on a shelf where nobody goes, with many other bags. Next step is for me to email receipts to a repair depot, because they have lost those and never tagged bag propperly. 7 trips to Bentley and they claim all they can do is ship it. So will go buy bag from Costco for up coming trip. New staff making some effort but poor company policies, and no tools to cover incompetence.
