Canceled my daughters membership after about ten lessons due to spacing concerns. The instructors are very nice and do a great job. Please keep up the good work. Management suddenly added a third adult with a child along one of the 18 foot walls which only left about 3-4 feet between each group trying to practice. Not for nothing but this location is poorly managed and cared for. The pool was cold the last two lessons and classes are not easily interchangeable. They also lost power twice on two occasions and failed to notify via app, phone call, or text in a timely manner. Management is complacent. More specifically the young man who walks around on Saturday morning fails to communicate clearly and fails to resolve a minor safety issue. He probably needs a measuring tape too.

Warm, friendly teachers. Meryl and the team are always very accommodating. Their techniques get the kids excited about being in the water, which is often half the battle. The small class sizes make it great for learning. Very clean, and welcoming atmosphere. We love it there!
