I know many times people have a hard time with collection agencies. I had someone take my identity and it was 2 years of fighting several accounts. I called here a few times and no one was rude but they could not help me. I called a fourth time and got a hold of Ms. Massey. I’m only writing this review to give credit to Ms Massey. She figured out the situation and I was able to use that information to deal with all my other accounts. If you need to deal with this company call and ask for Ms Massey.

Scam. Do not give them any info at all. The letters they sent me don’t add up, they say there are different names associated with my account that I’ve never heard off. Total scam company.

I JUST called after trying to do some research on the debt. Got some guy. He states that they send pay for delete after it’s been paid in full, one month after payment. I asked him for a letter stating that, he said “I will send you one 5 days after payment has been made”. Claims that’s the only way. Yeah right, why not stand on what you said you can do with a letter. I am willing to pay in full, even though debt is not mine. He immediately hung up on me. Rude. Update: I just received a “response from owner” stating to call back and ask to speak with a manager. I just called back and what sounds like the SAME RUDE guy from before answered the phone. He refused to get me to a manager, and then HUNG UP ON ME! How do you guys ever plan on getting paid treating people like this? Is there a direct extension I can call to speak to someone with basic integrity.

Incredibly rude. They will do anything to get money out of you which includes lying to you about what your insurance covers.. The employees here are beyond rude on the phone. Harassment and lying is not appropriate. You are a scam. You call from multiple numbers trying to manipulate and deceive people. Go get some morals because yours are nonexistent. May god have mercy on your dishonest souls. Reply: How is this unusual? Every review gave you one star?? Quit the lying. Admit you’re scam and out for people’s money.
