Very unprofessional. Applied DPM incorrectly (we got confirmation from the manufacturer of the product used) and he charged us for tiles in advance that were undelivered. He told us that he would refund us and now he’s ignoring all calls and messages and left us out of pocket! I would strongly recommend you do not use this tiler.
