Had a very nice muffin whilst waiting for a train. This was the one on the skywalk above the platforms. Staff were polite and it was very clean. Just a bit too pricey.

Pretty poor! I remember a time when Upper Crust was a decent sandwich, in terms of volume and flavour...not so anymore. An extremely skinny baguette with poor quality fillings. Disappointing.
Barely edible never again. The brekkie bun tasted like reheated pizza. Not the nice kind
Jan 5th upper crust reading station tea and hot chocolate 5.90 the price list inside said it should be 5.80. I asked why and was told because of a price Increase and they had not yet updated their pricelist. Overpriced disgusting service and staff didn't care. All they wanna do us RIP you off and charge illegally! AVOID I will! Shall also report to trading standards when they open monday
Just went here for breakfast and got a "super" sausage muffin. The sign said muffin, butter, sausage and choice of sauce. There was no butter, so the muffin was very dry even with sauce. I was asked if I wanted it warmed up and then waited 3 or 4 minutes while it was heated up, walked to the platform and when I went to eat it realised it was still stone cold, was terrible considering the price is higher than most other places in the station and they also provide you with a warm roll/baguette/muffin. They did at least provide HP brown sauce which at least deserves some points.
Sandviches are so so so good
A Snicker Bar and a 30g bag of seeds 2:38. What a rip off and I live in London. Definitely avoid at all costs.
'toasted' baguette was basically cold with warm bread, and my drink order was forgotten. Waited 5 minutes for them to realise and start making it. Coffee was good though.
