Can not recommend Fireplace Magic highly enough. Great friendly service from initial enquiry through to completion of job. Clean tidy work. Punctual. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, polite and professional. It is such a pleasure to have tradespeople that return calls and turn up to the job. We used them to sweep two log burning stove flues and the installation of a registration plate. Both rooms left clean. Stoves looked like new. We will definitely use them again. Thank you John and Scott for a great job.

Great Variety and great place for almost all the different design choice for the purchase and installation of Fires. It’s convenient to have a parking area at the side of the showroom in the centre of Caversham.

I feel compelled to put our appreciation for Fireplace Magic in writing for others to read. Having recently moved to the area, we asked around our neighbours for a recommendation on a fireplace company, and everyone suggested Fireplace Magic. John has installed two log burning fires in our house, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Excellent service, sound advice, and high quality workmanship. You can see from the photos John & Scott did a first class job. And thanks to John’s advice, we use kiln dried logs ALL the time and we get excellent heat output for hours and hours and throughout the night. In fact, we buy all our kiln dried logs from Fireplace Magic all the time. I highly recommend Fireplace Magic to anyone thinking of renovating an old fireplace, installing a wood burner, or even just to buy your logs. You won’t be disappointed.

We used John and his team to replace our slate hearth when it cracked. Amazing service, fitters courteous and left no mess behind at all. Highly recommend. Brilliant for chimney sweeping.
