Worst customer service ever. Poor quality item returned within 10mins of buying. Instantly accused of lying about the reason for return. Told we couldn't have a refund even though a sign on the wall says 10 DAYS. Repeatedly accused my child of breaking the item, which wasn't even in his possession. BECAUSE HE WAS A CHILD!! Told us to "Prove it!" that the person serving us hadn't said there were no refunds on certain items. (He hadn't) Finally spoke to the owner of the shop on the phone who was good enough to see sense and give us the refund. Will never visit again that's for sure!
