Trying to get a part to upgrade a panel spent 3 weeks waiting for it being told a different story every time I phoned being promised it was on next day delivery to the store to only drive half an hour spend an hour in store and be told it’s not in store yet... ended up only working through my local branch to get things ordered and delivered as they are a lot more helpful and get things done... Indian phone salesmen are easier to talk to...
went in clean shaven had a 3 foot beard when I came out over a hour waiting on the counter to find out most of the stuff I needed wasn't in stock , useless !!!!
Trying to open a new trading account and after 2 days they still haven't sent me the forms. Not a good start.
