The staff are very professional and full of information, so we’re able to give me advice and personal input. I kept having to move my check-in date, and they kept moving it for me, always being polite, understanding and followed up on the day, in case I needed something they could help with. I got a tour and look at my storage, signed the contract, got my own lock put on the door, with my own check-in code for the premises and they provided carefree insurance. The fact that the whole place is secure and you need a code to come and go, gives me peace of mind that my items are safe. The day I moved my stuff in, the staff were at hand for any problems I faced and sorted them promptly.
We have had office space for the past 4 years, the team has been adaptable to our needs. Thanks Team.
Signed up on the basis that I would have 24 hour access as I work all hours so cannot get to my unit during normal working hours. This has been subsequently changed without being informed, so I don’t have access to my unit. In addition to this there has been constant direct debit issues on their system meaning I have to pay manually every month. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
