Horrible.. horrible horrible!! I have been a customer there for over ten years! In that time i have had windows broken, batteries stolen, and broken into. Never complained. Just paid my bill and went on with life. About two months ago i happened to look at my statement and found a bill for three times my normal fee! (This is the second time.. first time they said it was a computer issue) this time the claim is they did not get paid in July and they had been tacking on 20 per month (half the rental rate!) i of course proved they did in fact get paid. I told them that since i had to jump through hoops proving i pay my bills they should issue a credit. I have left MANY messages for KAREN who refuses to call back or acknowledge anything!! I HAVE LEFT MORE MESSAGES FOR KAREN ABOUT ISSUE AND SHE REFUSES TO MAKE A CALL! as such I have decided to pull my business (I am sure they care less obviously) i had to even leave a message about that... I have walked in, called in, done everything I can. They simply don't give a ****! lets see if they at least are honest enough to return my deposit.. (which I HIGHLY DOUBT) well... two months has gone by since i posted.. no response and... no deposit return... imagine.. these people care less about customer service or business! They have a full lot and all the storage units are rented.. so they get paid... and could care less. HORRIBLE!!!

I needed a storage unit at the last minute and they were able to help me out immediately.

Took my 140 dollars. Part month and full month. Didn't need or use. Called next day and they said they would refund charge on card. Called after 3 days and they said they would check on it. Wanted me to call back later that day. Called at 3 no one answered. Waited 3 more days still no refund. Called and they said it was done. They would check and call back. No call back. I called no answer.
I feel like my assets are safe here, and that's the point.
