I got admission from ccb in bhubhaneshwar. It is very helpful. It has list of very good colleges. I got scholarship in my course.
It's totally disgusting. It works under an NGO. If you are a general candidate then it is totally useless for you. No more option to choose colleges or institutions. They offered you colleges or institutions out of state. And they don't promised to gave you UGC certified colleges that means there is 50% chance to be UGC certified colleges. If you want to allot your seat you will pay 500 rupees. *I don't say you that don't go there because, might be a chance to get a correct placement or colleges*.

Very good place for counselling and getting huge discount in college original fee. Mera bhai litya admission Vidya knowledge park, Meerut, delhi ke pass me, college ka fees hai 1 lakh, aur merabhai ka laga 40,000 only. General students ke liye to wardan hai ye. General ko state schorlaship bhi nhi milta hai, lekin CCB scholarship easily mil jata hai, Thank you
