Worst post sales service. At first they talk to you nicely and deceive you and provide you worst quality glass and frame. The manager talks rudely even if you visit the same day after purchasing your spectacles. I found scratches and marks on the glass which I bought for 3400/-. At first he just cleaned and gave and next day again when I revisited, he changed the glass but that too had marks and scratches. They just cheat. So think twice before visiting. Many trusted stores are there where you can get quality and service at a cheaper rate. The manager also told me to get an eye check up elsewhere and they wouldn't test my eye, even when I had purchased the spectacle from their store.
