Attending the appointment was a very good experience. There were sanitising points on arrival, communication was clear and the tests were handled with care listening to concerns at all times. Assistance to choose glasses was also very supportive talking through face shapes, and types of glasses including adult or children sizes. The glasses were ready for collection quicker than expected and the second visit was as good as the first feeling safe at all times. Thank you Ms Sonal Dave

Excellent service from a local opticians. I went to collect a new pair of spectacles ordered 2 weeks prior to this visit. I happened to have some grit in my eye from earlier the same morning, and the optician made some time to examine my eye and advise me as to a course of action, thankfully I did not need further treatment.
