Good staff, washed clothes and dryed and folded for me because not allowed in due to covid 19. Friendly staff and quick wash and dry dropped of and able to collect around 90 minutes afterwards.
Lovely little local laundrettes, clothes were left smelling lovely and fresh, no fault there! :) However on the worse side of things, I brought washing to them sealed and explicitly requested washes at 60c and above, no lower as i was concerned about pests, thus why i was sending all my clothes in. Took everything home, as soon as i opened the second bag i see one of the bugs crawling about, they obviously didn't wash at 60! Had to rewash everything myself at home, this time at high heat, no more issues! What a waste of 70 though! Delayed review as to anonymize.
Fantastic launderette, glad I'm tried it. So reasonably priced. Won't go anywhere else from now on.
Five Star service!... and time for pick up was honoured same day. I would recommend Star Laundry Ramsgate.
