Me and my family walked 6km both ways on Valentines day to come and visit a market that our friend mention and have a nice day. When we arrive we figure it out it was a restaurant converted to a shop. I understand that we are all trying to do our best to survive in this uncertain situation and it is very appreciated. We waited in the queue and when the doorman asked us to wear a mask I mention I'm exempt but he insisted to show a medical record. I understand is all confusing for some but if you are providing a service to the community you should be on top of the safety guidelines. Any business should not ask personal medical proof. After that, the door man continue to be very unpleasant and my kid started to cry because of the stress he has caused and pretty much sent us out of the queue/shop. Please if you want to provide a service for the community learn how to deal with customers and learn the guidelines properly. That experience quite ruined our Valentine day. It was not just with us I saw the doorman bad attitude towards other customers.

The best sausage roll I’ve ever eaten. Enjoyed a delicious coffee and pastry takeaway while Westerns Laundry is operating as a takeaway. Absolutely delicious and superb friendly team of staff. Well worth the journey to Drayton Park.
Good service all around for sure. Staff is super friendly. Food is amazing, served very quickly. Definitely recommend this place. Try to make any early reservation (6pm-7pm) to avoid certain dishes to run out.
Consistently our favourite London restaurant. Inventive, beautifully executed small plates that change regularly according to the season, and an unusual, interesting wine list. However, most of all we love the service- warm, highly knowledgeable staff who really heighten the experience. An absolute joy to be back after lockdown 2.0. Thank you Westerns'.
Pick up food from here for the first time Wow amazing staff so warm and welcoming and with the quality of food added to this I feel that I have found where the soul is on Drayton Park Feel your food
