We are a family run independent financial advisory firm based in Thanet, South East Kent but our client bank now stretches as far afield as Australia. We are directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority No. 425430. We believe in working with clients whom we can talk to and understand not just the ones with millions of pounds. We will endeavor to help anyone if we feel we can, whether they have £100 or £1 million. We are also expanding our skills to enable us to assist minority groups including the hard of hearing, partially sighted and those with varying religious beliefs. We rely heavily on as much back office work as possible being handled by our fantastic admin team rather than the advisers which allows the advisers to focus on the clients and their needs. At the centre of our setup is our software, we pride ourselves in using the best software on the market to allow us to paint a picture for our clients which is crystal clear and in turn allows them to make the big decisions easily. We currently advise by email, webcam, telephone and face to face, however we do not have a Financial Services EU "Passport"​ so cannot advise clients whilst they are anywhere in the EU/EEA other than the UK. We currently have one authorised adviser being Phil Castle and his Son Zac Castle is halfway through his level 4 qualifications having sat and passed 4 of the 6 exams required. We hope to be in the position to authorise him for investment and pension advice in early 2018. Our plan moving forward with new clients (once Zac is up and running) is to split them between the father and son pair dependent on the clients age. This will allow clients to deal with the adviser best suited to the needs of themselves.
