We ordered a take away on midweek and the quality of the sushi was great. Fish and everything else tasted really fresh an we enjoyed the meal. Also staff was polite and friendly. All our requests were fulfilled. We definetely will return!

One of my favourite places in Dublin for Japanese food! Delicious food, great friendly staff and the outdoor area is fantastic! Amazing food with an amazing view and really reasonable prices.
Delicious, healthy and a good selection of food so we do coming back but only until we find better based not on food preferences but other conscious quality choices. I give 3 stars only to finally get this place on the better level as there tendency to focus only on the positive feedback but not the honest one. So here we go: - There is no free alcoholic beers or alternative soft healthy option drinks. - Unfortunately food is served on the unregulated, cheap and not biodegradable plastic. We are looking for alternative Sushi bar which serves food on the better eco-friendly paper, wood trays and when we find, we quit J2. This is a huge lack of awareness of the environmental issues. - Very poorly design menu, no important allergies and food friendly alternative preferences highlights as vegan, vegetarian, soya free, gluten free etc. - Staff generally speak a poor English. Not all off course. All people, even natives do mistakes. We feel it is also management responsibility to encourage and engage staff to study English to be able to feel better at work with customers, be able to easily express verbally and have a higher standard of self-esteem in Ireland in general. This review is done on the multiply visits. Looking forward to see improvements.
Food is very nice and fresh. Service is great and they are very friendly! One of my favourite place to go, so I would definitely recommend it! The only thing I could point out is the amount of plastic they use...
Delicious Japanese food with friendly and helpful staff. A great variety of drinks, we even got brown tea.
We had an enjoyable and delicious food. Not sure if plastic plates, paper cups are permanent thing there or it is only one if the C-19 hygiene measures, but hey! -that did not affect the taste of our sushi. Reasonable priced too.
We had a pretty good dinner here. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Food was pretty good. We found the sashimi fresh and slices were quite generous. Calamari was also tasty and not overcooked. Sushi rolls however could be improved in my opinion. The two we had were quite soggy - too much mayo/sauce. It would have been better to leave that to each customer's preference and would also prevent the tempura inside from getting soggy. It also detracted a bit from the core taste of the rolls. All in all, a decent place but we would probably try other sushi bars next time.
Vento boxes are my favourites And really appreciated that they serve coffee too, perfect for getting warm on your way home with your meal... will repeat by Deliveroo soon
