I encountered a problem with a guard at Sanjeevni Cancer Hospital Unit 2 regarding parking. I was parking at a place which is not owned by the institution and guard came to me saying don't park here. In return I said this is a public place and I can surely park here. In return he started mis behaving with me. Even though the staff vehicles were parked there on the place which is not owned by the institution. I am not sure about his name but he told me his name is Devendra Singh. It seems like the security service has hired goons as security guards.
