They have always been good to me. Also, I appreciate the benefits the VA offers....if I was not happy with the care, I would pay for an insurance policy and go somewhere else. Thank you , VA!
Administration and nursing staff was friendly. But the care manager didnt have my records, had no idea why I was there or why I was taking my medicine, and belittled me for taking the medication that once again he had no idea why I was taking. Then he didnt answer any of my questions. And finally ended with \we will have to wait on your labs\, which I had already had a week prior, that they didnt test for the right thing.
I've been to so many VA clinics and hospitals over the last 15 years for a number of things. This place, by far, is the most friendly and accommodating facility yet. It's not huge, but if you have something wrong, they go above and beyond to make it right. Thanks all of you!!!
