Love these guys. Chris always makes it out quickly when my husband freaks out over some new critter lol! Very thorough; I was impressed when they even went as far as to clean out the cobwebs in my garage. From removing a water moccasin nest in our front ditch, to fly deterrents to getting rid of the rodents that cane cutting season brought. Recommend to all of my neighbors.

Worst decision I have made. The worst company. One guy called and never showed up to our house. We called Rajun pest and left messages. No response. Tried to get in touch with Mr. Mario. He never called back. They charged us for a service that we never received and we received a bill from collection that we owe 110. I called the company left probably 10 messages- never got a call back. The issue is still not resolved. Save your money and go with some other company. It doesn’t even deserve one star.

They took over our monthly service from another company. They came once and then no show, no call. I've called several times and left messages as well as sent emails through company website to reschedule, No response. In this area having reliable pest control service is important. This company did not deliver.

They came once, really nice guy who explained everything. BUT then there was a problem and we called for help several times. No response. The manager I finally talked to said that that wasn't his department. Forget it -- I'll go with someone who actually responds to service requests.
