As a business that has expanded a lot in recent years, with the add on of an extension and hotel rooms, our intruder and fire alarm needs have changed drastically. As a result we have dealt with your company a lot more and have always found you to be quick to respond and come up with solutions to our changing needs. After recently moving to my first house I wanted to make sure everything was secure as it could be, fabulous customer service, went through all my options over the phone and didn't treat me like I was being a nuisance!! Really understood what I was looking for! Not once did I feel pressured into getting something I didn't need or want! The engineer that came out was super professional but friendly, made me feel like I'd chosen the right company!! Very attentive and made sure I was happy with where the panel was going! ( Loved this as I'm still decorating!!) Very very tidy and took all rubbish and everything with him even when I offered my bins he said he'd take it with him!! When I emailed to thank them for what an excellent service I had received, I waited no longer than about half an hour for a reply! Again fabulous service and will 100% be going no where else!! You guys have 1 more loyal customer to add to your books!! I'll be telling all my friends and family to use you guys! Again thank you for making me feel safe in my new home!
My alarm had been activating all night causing myself and my neighbours a sleepless evening. When I called Future alarms it was explained they had merged with another company and all I can say is they were out standing from start to finish. I don't have a contract - something I will now changing. They arranged for an engineer to attend the same day, the engineer was brilliant, - not a great communicator but if I'm paying for his time that suited me fine ! He was efficient and solved the problem. I cannot recommend them enough the office staff were friendly and helpful, the engineer was efficient and knowledgeable - exactly what I would hope for / expect from a GOOD company.
Moved into an older house recently, with a rather old and decrepit system, a friend recommended Future, so I thought I'd give them a go. I spoke to Future about replacing it, they came out within 48hours to give us a quote and also disconnect the old alarm. Very helpful engineer, he checked all the places we might need securing and gave us some tips on how to make out garage and back garden safer. The same engineer came back a week or so later and fitted a simple, but good little alarm. Iwould highly recommend.
