I cannot express enough what this place has done for our family in a positive way. We put our oldest son (7) into lessons about 2 years ago and to see him grow into a confident, respectful young man has been such a blessing. The instructors not only teach martial arts, they teach manners, respect, confidence, integrity and self love. Mr. Rowe teaches a variety of age groups and to witness him go from a group of adults to a group of young children while shifting the necessary training to accommodate the difference in age is awe inspiring. His patients with children is not only a gift, but genuine. I have always wanted to join in the adult classes but was too nervous. But, I faced my fears and jumped right in, and to this very second, I have never been so happy I did. I can see why people consider this place a second home. When Covid unfortunately struck our world; Mrs. And Mr. Rowe became determined to keep the establishment open and continue to take the necessary steps to keep the place safe, happy and healthy. This truly is a place that puts profit second, and safety and the achievements of their customers 1st. Bravo...Bravo

This Academy offers so much more then Tae-Kwon-Do due to how it supports the students mentally as well as physically. You can watch your children progress in life skills as they learn about respect, goals, empathy and discipline. It really embodies the whole person inside and out in the teachings they are receiving. I would recommend Mr. Rowe 100%.

I cannot say enough about the positive experiences we have had a Quest. Both Mr Rowe and Ms Jillian show incredible patience while offering firm guidance and a high calibre of instruction. I am thankful for the positive impact martial arts has had on my two sons who are learning patience, perseverance and focus while getting some healthy physical activity. Each week they admire the wall of photos of those who have achieved black belt status and look forward to being up there one day - a great goal to keep them focused on success. Thank you, Quest!
