I'm visiting family in West Michigan and was missing my home yoga studio and decided to try a class here. They welcomed me, rented me a mat, and led a fantastic class that left me feeling much better than when I arrived. The poses were held for a reasonable amount of time and the instruction was excellent. The private showers are the nicest I've experienced at a hot yoga studio. I talked with the proprietor for a while after class and he is a wonderful human.
