Play Ball!

So happy we found Puppy Tubs last minute. All staff members were extremely friendly and made us feel completely comfortable leaving our 7 month old boxer, Bane for his first boarding experience. Bane was nervous on his introductory day and we were encouraged to bring him back to help him to be more comfortable. Received a text the 2nd day saying he was having the time with of his life. Made us feel comfortable leaving him over the weekend. Even allowed us to call and check on him during. I think Bane was actually mad we picked him up. Look how happy he was on day 2

I spoke with 3 different staff members during the time I called to ask about the services they provide and then arranging for my dog's Introduction Day: all 3 were so friendly and I received helpful information I hadn't even thought to ask. We are so impressed by all they have to offer and it is so reassuring to know we have Puppy Tubs right near us for day care and boarding at a place we trust 100%.

The staff at Puppy Tubs remember us and our pets and they are genuinely happy to see us when we bring our pups in for services. To us, this is SO important. We have Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and they are sensitive but they never act upset when we drop off or pick them up. They are always smiling and wagging their tails! The level of professionalism and reliability we have experienced at Puppy Tubs will definitely keep us bringing our puppies in for all the services they provide- Grooming, bathing, daycare, and boarding. We truly love Puppy Tubs!

Fantastic place to take your pup for a wash up. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and your pup will come out feeling clean and refreshed. I will definitely be back.
