After having another company come out and tell us we needed to replace our entire furnace we thought it best to get a second opinion. Pullen came out and fixed the problems that past techs had caused and informed us that our furnace had plenty of life left in it. Recently had my entire system replaced (including ducts). Consultant did a thorough job sizing my house for the proper unit. Questions were answered promptly in person and over email. Install team was courteous and performed the job with a high level of quality (from what I can tell looking in the attic and how all the news ducts were run). Overall, very pleased.

The owner Eric is fair and stands behind his work. I won't use anyone else on my homes that range from 600K to 1.6 million. I only wish I met them earlier!
