I consistently have great experiences here. My pups always look happy and great after appointments. They are very responsive and will work with my odd schedule. I have a behaviorally challenged dog and the groomers always work with her and give her so much love.

Took my husky there. She has never had FLEAS!!! but unfortunately I think she got them from the other grooming place. They took great care of her. She came extremely well groomed and with no fleas. Thank you!!!!
They’re so kind to my dog and to us! I love that they’ll call and remind me that Lucky is due, and that you can even communicate through text! Prices can’t be beat, and quality is great!
Owner extremely nice and accommodating. As with most groomers had to leave my dogs for a long time. Tough on them.
EDIT: Well the owner responded and lied. You are digging yourself a hole. Matted? We got our dog groomed with you all a month back, she has extremely short hair and was far from "matted" Took them from 9am-2pm to groom my little old dog. We've been there before so she asked if we wanted the same thing as last time and we agreed (supposed to shave her whole body but leave her face a little grown out. Come to pick her up 5 hours later and she's been basically shaved down as far as humanly possible everywhere. Not to mention the fact our pickup time was 2pm and the lady there said she would call (never did) so thinking 5 hours was plenty we got there around 2:20pm and lo and behold our dog was ready to go (but we never received the promised call...) The next day our dog is itching her ear unusually so we check and see and find they had shaved so close to the skin under her ear that it was red and raw ( pictures attached to the businesses banner). Our dog is 12 years old and now she, for the first time has to deal with this pain of having a very raw spot right in the nook of her ear. We will NEVER be going back there. Inexperienced and pathetic are the two words that come to mind. There are plenty of other groomers in the area who do a FAR better job and don't leave your dog in pain. .
We took our two Olde English Bulldogs to Puff N Stuff today and loved it! The owner returned my call promptly and remembered talking to me when I called for pricing and got us in same day when I called back. All of the staff made us feel at home and were friendly. They told us they wanted to take their time since it was our pups first time there and were very good about making sure the dogs were relaxed and comfortable. It took an hour and a half for both dogs and they were so happy and clean when we picked them up..with a cute bandana of course. Not to mention their prices were most competitive in all of Palm Harbor. We will be back! Highly recommend
