We bought a Mini Countryman today from Glynn the owner and have to say he is a lovely man , he made my wife and I , feel completely comfortable whilst looking around his car lot and was very helpful and friendly! We bought the mini after seeing it on car gurus but would definitely recommend going in person as Glynn was a man of his word and held the car for us too with a deposit until it was ready to collect! Very nice salesman with great sense of humour and a great service! Thanks!
Excellent friendly service and a great place to buy a car
My partner bought a car in 2017 while it had a few faults (chipped windscreen, smashed visor mirror ect) we were excited to get the car we wanted for a semi reasonable price. Recently my partner has been victim of a serious road traffic, through no fault of her own, and her insurance have flagged up that the car has previously been involved in an accident and had claims against it. When we bought the car we were specifically told it hadn't been involved in any accidents. Do your background checks and due diligence before trusting the word of a salesperson
Avoid at all costs! I have decided to share my experience of dealing with Pudsey service centre. I bought a VW Golf from this company just over a year ago, After a few days of driving it brought on the engine light and started to run poorly, I returned it to them for looking at and a less then skilled mechanic plugged his machine in and cleared the light and sent me on my way! It came back on nearly straight away so I returned for him to look again this time he did some further investigation ( By way of googling my fault codes ) then booked me in for the Google's diagnosis, I was returned my car after a couple of days and told it was fixed, this was not the case and the car was worse! I returned again very upset only to be told to go away!! I had my vehicle looked at through another garage that was shocked when the scanned the car, it had numerous fault codes stored but no warning light on. They proceeded to investigate and found that the EML light had been covered up with some type of light on a timer. They condemned my car and has been of the road since. I have spoken to a few people that have had bad dealings and similar experiences and this appears to be common practice by Pudsey service centre and the owner. They bodge dangerous cars up at any cost to sell on and do not care what danger they put you and your family in. You can not trust this company so AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
