My experience with the staff and service at the DPW has always been overwhelmingly positive. Whenever I’ve needed to call with concerns about billing, etc., they have consistently responded quickly, and respectfully taken the time to explain in detail any of my questions. They were incredibly helpful when I contacted them about the increase in my water bill. David, the office manager, along with Peter and other members of the staff went above and beyond their job descriptions to resolve the problem. I’m also thankful to the office staff, most recently Shelly, for their helpful and kind assistance any time I have called.

I have.brought paper.and anything.thst can be recycled. Was.hoping they would be opened. Never had a bad expereince there. In fact for some reason I enjoy going there.
I crashed my car on Squanto Road into two snowbanks thanks to it not being salted or sanded. This is unsafe and unacceptable. There is a school at the bottom of the hill. What is wrong with this town not taking care of the roads!!!!!!
Extremely nice crew working there could have had a better experience dropping off my things!!
Their hours for waste disposal are terrible and they don't fix the roads until it's too late.
