A virtual-world landscape is populated with avatars and symbols to help reflect on real-life experiences, gain new insights and create alternative options for new possibilities. It can be used face-to-face or remotely online by individuals and by groups, and can be used both synchronously (ie in real time) or asynchronously using separate guidance and text-based support. It is being used in a wide range of corporate, education and health & social care settings.
