Absolute trash. Employees have no idea what they are doing and management won’t fix the employees mistakes. Run from this bank/credit union!

I have been a member at this bank since 1996. Up until a few years ago, the service was excellent! I had multiple accounts and even referred many family members. Most recently, my son was a victim of fraud. It’s been over 4 months and the investigation has yet to be resolved despite the numerous times that I’ve followed up. The branch manager doesn’t respond to emails or calls. When you speak with a rep, they aren’t able to see or provide any information on the account. I asked to speak to the President of the bank and was mysteriously disconnected. Do not bank here!

Just received a statement and they are charging 10.00 a month for inactivity..30.00 deducted from our measly account. I will be closing my account ASAP. We were never informed of such a charge when we opened it.
