This is NOT a company that has decent people or practices good business. They completely lack candor and integrity. I rented a house and they gave me a huge run around the point I thought it was a scam. Against my own intuition I proceeded and things seemed legit...until I arrived in LV from out of state and they claimed it was a squatter reliving in the place that I rented. Remember they said it was clearly a squatter, I never said that. It seemed as if after the last tenants moved out they never cleaned or even attempt to. Worst part was they gave me a huge hassle on getting a refund and tried to convince me to stay in the place. Thwy refused to even pay the utilities for the 1 day that I had the place in my name. Classless, unprincipled, lazy organization that you should never engage with or have anything to do with. This was how I moved in. Even if there was a squatter, how did Property Made Easy not know or check.

Called several times over the course of three weeks. Each time, I was sent to voicemail-I left my name and number as instructed. I called the maintenance number and was disconnected twice. Finally got through to a woman, explained the situation and provided the address of the property I was interested in. She stated that property was already rented. I informed her it is still listed as available on their website and that the voice recording indicates it is updated at 10am each business day. Woman rudely dismissed my concerns. Likely dodged a bullet with this one-property management skills are essential to a good renting experience. Would NOT recommend.
This company tried to rent a property that had clearly either not been cleaned after the last tenant vacated (MONTHS ago) or that had been being occupied by a squatter. Property made easy? That's their actual job and they didn't do it. How do they not visit a place prior to renting or leasing it? That should be number one!! Extremely unprofessional and disgraceful. Shameful and grotesque. This company should not have a license to operate in this realm. Stay away!!!
This company will misrepresent properties and then deny the application fee back. The properly I was interested in looked AMAZING in the pictures. As an out of state applicant, we applied before doing the walk through. The property appeared to have been recently robbed and photos that did not represent the current state of the house. We were told we would not receive a refund and to \Have a nice day!\ They were responsive when they thought they could get money out of us and took days to respond when we requested a refund. Our experience is that this company is a scam.
