Professional Properties have been managing agents since 2007/2008 for the two rental properties I own. Generally speaking I have found them to provide very good service. Inevitably there have been issues over the 12/13 years but when I have raised concerns they have always been acted upon with professionalism and understanding. They appear to have excellent knowledge of the Rental market in general and particularly within the Derby/Burton areas. My own philosophy is that any reported property issues should be dealt with promptly and I believe Professional Properties share this view.
