Carolyn and her team were professional and thorough. If I even need to file a claim in the future, I will make her my first call. Carolyn agreed to pay me 3% for a claim she is getttng paid 15% on. She promised to contact me when the checks came in. Not only didn't she contact me. She paid me less than 1%. I don't trust her at all
