Mr. Gene, we have the pictures before construction started and Mr. Chavez can show receipts of when he started also. The building was not leveled correctly at first. ( They did fix that but We were told only if we take down our 1 star review) Another terrible experience with Probuilt, I talked to Ben Snider Saturday and explained to him I noticed 2 broke screw heads on roof and 1 missing, he replied by saying he'd mail me 3 new screws, I said I didn't have the equipment and the screws should've never came out, poor workmanship, he said he'd send out a man to fasten /replace the screws. I received a bill for them coming out and replacing screws on the roof that came from there factory??? Stay Away Ladies and Gentlemen, Unethical, Underhanded and Ungodly company.

I am currently shopping for someone to build a carport and came across a post of a lady complaining about the price. Everyone needs to be aware that lumber prices have literally doubled in 2020. Obviously this cost will be passed down to the customer. If you have 4000 in lumber it now becomes 8000 because of COVID lock downs and high lumber demand. Then labor has to be factored in and a small percentage for profit.

Very Shady Company! They asked for a five star review before coming to fix what is supposed to be under warranty anyways, then still charged.

We love our shed! The price was very reasonable. They got it built quickly. Carl was awesome! He worked so hard and took such care with every detail! I would definitely recommend ProBuilt!
