Drivers are friendly, and somewhat chatty. The only problem is timing. They always arrive late. I remember waiting 45 minutes once on a taxi and it never arrived so I had to phone another taxi service. And the taxi arrived 15 minutes after the other taxi service pick me up.

If all the drivers are like the one I witnessed this evening, tailgating in a 30mph and speeding in a 40mph zone then you’re better off going elsewhere!

I have used premier for years, for different runs to and from work and nights out. Very disappointed with the latest booking. I have had taxi's not show, run late in the past but my latest experience has been disheartening with the company. Best to avoid them, I'd rather support theier competition than be let down. They have more negative reviews than positives now it seems, so that probably says it all.
