We were very loyal customers of Prairie Landscaping for many, many years. They were always reliable for our residential snow removal. We received an email notice however that they wouldn’t be removing snow for us this winter. When did they do this? On the day we were expecting 4-7” of snow!! The reason? They had a better offer to clear parking lots. They didn’t even offer to refer us to another company or clear snow until we found a suitable replacement. Very disappointing customer service despite the many years we gave them business.

Kurt and Grant were a dream to work with. Very professional, great communication and so knowledgeable. They did an amazing job transforming our yard! We highly recommend them.
