Very professional and friendly staff. We've been going here for cardiology with Dr. Hani Bani for over 8 years now and we are so happy that we have such a competent and kind doctor taking care of our family. Highly recommended.

I called there last week repeatedly to make an appointment for an MRI scan and nobody picked up the phone. Yesterday I decided to show up personally to make the appointment. They told me that I cannot make an appointment while there and that I have to call a specific number during specific hours (which I did). Their portal says they are open every day and so I called in today to make an appointment. Surprisingly they picked up the phone today but they told me that I will have to call on Monday to set an appointment. I am just about ready to give up on them for being the most disorganized medical center I have contacted in my life. Good job Affidea. You take the cake of unprofessionalism.
I tried to call there several times, both on CT and MRI, and no one picked up the phone, perhaps they are not interested in ordinary patients.
I have been here once and never again. Nurses and reception desk were not able to provide any information with an excuse that they can answer only if the doctor is available. They didnt even have a price list information. Moreover the attitude of staff was horrible, rude and lazy.
Čekáte tu ve frontě milionů lidí, od sebe tak jeden metr. Skvělé místo chytit covid. Hlavně, že vás objednají na konkrétní čas! :(
Upřímně nikde se o moje zdraví nezajímali víc než právě tady! Tady se vám dostane pomoci od těch nejlepších z nejlepších se špičkovým přístupem i komunikací. Jediný důvod, proč všech 65 recenzí není stoprocentních je, že lidi hodnotí špatné rozestupy s prostorách polikliniky - je to snad chyba lékařů?
Nejlepší místo v Praze kam jít na rezonanci, mají tu 2, velmi krátké objednavaci lhůty. Objednali mě hned za 3 dny. Provoz je pátek až neděle do 21, takže valí nonstop. Doporučuji se objednat přes kontaktní formulář na stránkách, vyplníte potřebné údaje a oni se zpět ozvou s termínem. Jinak se je velmi těžké dovolat.
Diagnosticke centrum. Lékárna hned u toho. Magnetická rezonance jako společnost Affidea, objednává se přímo na jejich linku, viz web. Příjemné prostředí. Parking možný buď na neplacenych místech před budovou, dostatek míst. A nebo případně na hrazené parkovišti přímo u kliniky
