A great customer service. It was my first contact and my questions were answered promptly and I was amazed. Registration was swift and very effective. I am happy to have Power Wizard looking after my electricity concerns going forward.

After spending considerable time on apple’s to apple’s and choosing an electric provider. Placed a call, on hold for 15 minutes then told they are not taking new customers over the phone and to go to website, as I had started with but website was not offering the plan I wanted. After reading Power Wizard site, I spoke with Wilson who explained how the wizard works, in no time I was set up for power the next day.

The Power Wizard Representative was friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem I have is not with the representative, but with how the guesstimate works. You sign up based on a plan which may apply, but which may change after you signup and they do another search. I won't know what my plan will actually be until a later date (which I don't know).
