I brought in my double bass for repairs, and I couldn't be any happier. Everyone was very courteous. They worked with me to stay inside my budget. Then went above and beyond. It sounds and plays better than it ever has. What's most impressive is the attention to detail on top of the already great craftsmanship. They really made sure every last detail was covered. I took it home and practiced for hours. And as I played, I got more and more blown away by what a great job they did. I will definitely be trusting them in the future for my instrument inspections and repairs.

I’ve been playing cello for 7 months and desperately needed new strings but didn’t know how to put them on, the guys in the shop were absolutely incredible! They chatted with me about the different types of strings and put on the new set. Additionally, they looked at my cello for me to make sure that it was set up properly and even played it for me so I could hear what it sounded like with a more advanced player. Overall, it was an amazing experience and extremely informative! I highly recommend them!!!

Went looking for a mandolin. When I wandered into this store, it was clear that they mainly focused on violins, violas, cellos and basses. However, the two people working in the store were very friendly and helpful. They made some suggestions on where to buy a mandolin, even suggesting that their luthier could make me one. (That was out of my price range, but a thoughtful suggestion). It turns out that they also carry Ukuleles. I bought one for my daughter that is engraved with elephants. It plays well and she enjoys it.
Troy and Stephen were very friendly and fixed a crack in my violin for a very reasonable price. It looks great now, very happy with it. Thanks.
