The quality of care for the vehicle and the customer is no longer the most important part of the experience. Selling cars is, and because of this mentality, the value of the brand is no longer what it use to be.

This was my second time visiting this location for service. Had the pleasure of working with Marcy. She's extremely polite and thoroughly goes over the details of the inspection. Both visits have been exceptional. I dropped the car off, was shuttled home, and car was delivered to me the following morning. All questions and concerns were addressed.

Warm greetings, professionalism, and abundant courtesy shown to me by all members of the sales team (from Jung Lee, to the Mgr, and the Finance Lead) was a good experience. The candid discussion and transparency was done in good spirit and in full disclosure of the history of the CPO, warranty, service expectations, etc. Lastly, the follow up call (Customer Relationship Mgr) was a nice touch to reaffirm the relationship does not end after the purchase. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. Well done, Team Porsche!!
