If you spend at least 100 on your credit card the total price of what you buy is covered under section 75. Meaning pay 100 deposit on your credit card and if they sell a duff car you can claim for the entire cost with the credit company. PMC only take credit card payments up to 50. This should tell you everything. I saw this red flag as a poster on their office wall and walked away. Do the same and go to a reputable trader. Response to seller: My name is Deb Beer, and I know the facts. You know I know the facts which is why you respond by calling my name a form of hiding and silly. Abysmal customer service skills. I saw the poster. To me a red flag and then checked you online. Low and behold you have a terrible record, and even worse than what Google reviews would indicate if people want to check your business/company history.

If you raise any issue after purchase he acts rude, flippant and generally like a total chav down the phone. Check the other reviews. They are quick to reply and dismiss you, but they never respond to a reviewer who updates their review calling them out on their response. Also why not answer why you tried to strike your company off the register as little as 6 months ago when still selling vehicles (which you can't do) with "in-house" warranty, or just go down your honest one star reviews and answer the updates. Update to seller It was one of the cars you sold with an in-house warranty while you were trying to strike your company off the register in Dec 2017.

I only popped to Ponthir Motor Company to have a look and found the perfect car for me. Rob was amazing and answered all of my annoying questions even staying until almost 7pm to help me find insurance and ensure I had everything ready to drive it away the following day. The team are all knowledgable and helpful about each car in their forecourts in Ponthir and on Caerleon Road.

In one way I am pleased with the car but not with its condition when I got home as I couldn’t get back to the garage due to work I bought an ix35 threw 247 finance so did everything via internet and went by pictures that all went very quickly and straightforward on collecting the car the weather was poor but all looked clean and tidy so no need for checking properly well it’s been 5 to6 weeks since collecting and I had it fully checked out bit slow I no but have had to have the paintwork cut and mopped at a cost of 200 pound because of deep scratches never had any mats witch I thought was ok until I removed paper ones left in it to find worn out hole in the drivers side carpet was a grinding sound wen brakes applied so am now going to get new brakes checked the service history which on the sale add it was full but car has done 51000 and that is only stamped till 40000 so now need to pay to get it up to date again something I think should have all been taken care of when you spend 8500 pound on a car
