I had a top class experience with these guys. Initially spoke to Matt about a car was interested in and he explained thoroughly the process during lockdown about buying a car and organised a time to view/collect vehicle. On the day I dealt with Rod who showed me the vehicle all over and was helpful the entire time and couldn't do enough for me. Their was no pushy selling tactics and i was really happy with the vehicle and purchased it. I have had a few minor issues with the vehicle and spoke to the guys about it and they have had it back and fixed the problems straight away with no quibbles. Top notch car dealers and will certainly use them again

I have had a first class experience with J&I car sales, I set up my first ever finance and was very nervous to make such a commitment especially as my credit score is not at its best but I then sat down with Matt and he was fantastic, all the staff here are so friendly and helpful, Matt managed to find me a great affordable quote on the VW Tiguan I wanted, It had a fresh service, MOT and Valet done ready for me to pick it up which was amazing. I will certainly be taking my car here every year for its annual service and MOT. I would certainly recommend J&I to anyone.

Horribly bad experience, sold a car completely faulty and had nothing but issues trying to get the issue solved, use dodgy MOT centres to pass faults so they don’t have to correct them. Have modified a few cars illegally and continued to sell them on and pass the vehicles on their MOT’s. They have claimed to replaced parts in my vehicle but replaced one part out of the 3 times it went to have it changed and claimed every time they changed the part but didn’t think I would check and it contained the same serial number as before it went in. Courtesy cars provided are quite unreliable and unpleasant to drive. Staff commonly slack in fixing issues after it’s went in many times for the same issues to be solved and never was solved. Claimed to pay for parts under warranty to be fitted but never have been. Problems continue to go on with them really do not recommend please take your money elsewhere they’re constantly unreliable and just want to try take money from people without putting issues they caused right. Could speak endlessly on the bad experience caused.

A pleasure to find somewhere that doesn't give you the hard sell. We were looked after by Rodney who gave us the \grand tour \ to find out exactly what we were looking for. We were successful. We were offered all the options of payment , guarantees and after sales care in a professional and friendly way. The valeting was carried out to showroom standard .The car has now been christened Nigel. Result. Thanks to all at J & I.
