Ordered three items, two not in stock, agreed to wait for them, received a wrong item. Called once, emailed 14 times to be able to get a refund. The refund was done in four parts each time I had to remind. Very very poor customer service from a Steve. Shameful. Please take your business elsewhere

Booked a boiler technician who condemned my 6yr old boiler as unfit and offered me a replacement for 3k. I got another technician who found a blocked drain. He fixed it and it's working like a clock for a month now. I notified Plumb4less they didn't care to respond or follow up. You don't know who you are getting. They are just a booking platform.
