They asked me for my money up front which I thought was strange as they’d not seen the carpets or the sizes which I paid but I’d read the reviews and thought they must be good. 2 months down the line no contact. Kept texting no response finally answered and said he’d refunded the money by Bacs that was 3 weeks ago. Still no money still no contact. this company has basically stolen my money. Avoid using them is my advise
The team turned up bang on time, worked solid for three hours and finished on time too. Never stopped. Hard working, tidy, professional outfit. Thanks guys! Top.job
