Staff not friendly. Prices are according to time it takes to groom your dog and they can't accurately estimate the price. PETSMART grooming in Clifton Park is our new go-to. If you're at Pink Dog Parlor, you're paying too much for bad service.
I’ve been bringing my dog here for almost a year and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always so kind and gentle. My dog has separation anxiety and they always do everything they can to make sure she is comfortable. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone with a pet!
Horrible customer service. My dog went in and we felt like more of a burden to the staff here than anything. The woman who made the appointment was beyond rude and had a terrible attitude. Pick up was awful and you can’t even tell that anything was done to my dog. We will not come back.
