Overall pretty damn good, from taste to cleanliness. We had tenders for our daughter which we tasted and were delicious. The fries were very good as well. I had the bbq pull pork and was tender and with their spicy mustard sauce it was great. She had the brisket, she did enjoy but was hoping for it to be a bit more juicy. Good overall. Aside from that I would like to see the combos include a drink but still pretty damn good.

The BBQ was amazing! We all had the pulled pork sandwiches and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. This was our first time here and we all loved it. The sides were all as tasty as the main sandwich. The prices are very reasonable for the size of the portions that you get. The staff were all very friendly and service was quick. If you're in the Pigeon Forge area and looking for the best BBQ, look no further than Boss Hogg's BBQ!
This place was such a disappointment. We were looking for a local flavor business and this one fit the bill. We thought it was overpriced and the only flavor we had was in the sauce. I am not sure the meat was smoked??? It was not pulled pork, but chopped and I know it is quicker that way. We were hungry and so disappointed after waiting a hour for our food. Service was good and no complaints.
Friendly and great service. The ribs were flavorful and tender but not fall off the bone which I love. The brisket was tasty with only a little fat. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating.
The only 2 complaints I have about this place are pretty huge. 1, ill never enjoy BBQ ribs in Pennsylvania ever again, and 2, I got rib meat on my fingers and almost bit them off. There aren't enough stars to give for a proper rating. The staff was amazing, and not just to me, I watched how everyone was treated and you'd have thought everyone coming in was family. First bite of my ribs blew my mind, last bite blew my mind. My girlfriend had the pulled pork sandwich and she barely got into a bite before her eyes rolled to the back of her head. Luckily this time it was from the food and not from my terrible jokes. I will likely go again before I leave on this vacation trip, and I will be back every future vacation to this area.
