I found Jerry at Piers Plus to be knowledgeable and helpful. He and his team did a great job of installing a new floating pier for me. Two months later there was a big storm that caused rather massive flooding in Wisconsin, including where my pier was installed. Even though the pier had been configured with flooding in mind, Jerry had his team tie ropes from nearby trees to the pier so that if the worst case occurred the pier would not float away. He did this without any requests from me. Really great customer service!!! I definitely recommend Piers Plus.
