They are an extremely professional place that I've been dealing with for a number of years. Their installations are top-notch and they only use top quality brands, no cheap quality stuff. (You get what you pay for). The service is always friendly and very knowledgeable. He's done auto starters on five of my family's vehicles along with a lot of other modifications like window tint and headlight restoration/wrapping.

I had been there to TLM Audio & Security to get a Remote Starter installed two weeks ago, Nick was really friendly and helpful. He was very prompt in answering all my questions and concerns when I contacted him through email. The price point was very competitive with all the other places that I have enquired. The only thing that made me go to him was his sincerity. Of all the places that I had contacted, he was the only one that said that he would have to do a hard connection to the parking lights when I asked if there would be any splicing done to the wiring of the vehicle. After the install, he took his time explaining all the features of the remote starter and answering all my questions even though he had another job to be done. I would definitely recommend TLM Audio & Security.
I was referred by my brother in law to get remote starter installed on my car because Canadian winter is sooooo cold. Service was great, punctual, i got my car back on time. Nick, who took care of us was easy to talk to, worked with our schedule. Price was amazing and they had lots of other services that we were interested in and will be back to get some interior lights done. Not sure if it works for every vechicle but they programmed the starter in my car Fob key so I didn't have to carry another chunky bulky thing.
I went to T.L.M. Audio & Security in order to get my headlights restored along with having a remote start for the winter and reverse camera installed. From how my headlights looked before, I could barely see any visibility when driving and was a big concern for me. They completely revitalized my headlights making them look brand new along with wrapping them for further protection from the elements and road debris. They were able to source out an aftermarket cable adapter for my reverse camera, while still using my stock navigation display system to view behind me. Was easy to understand the controls of the remote start and they made sure I was comfortable with understanding everything before I left. They really went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you for an amazing job well done.
