STAY AWAY!! You will regularly hear gun shots. Cars are being broken into nights. The gate never gets repair and no security measures. Management won't fix anything and doesn't care. They just want your money. RUN AWAY!!

I’d give Tamarack Gardens 0 stars if I could but you have to choose at least one to write a review. I left my old apartment in good condition and quite because of “faded paint” they kept my security deposit. This legally classified as natural wear and tear and the property manager after stealing my deposit, lied to me about it not being natural wear and tear. This is something the apartment complex is responsible for, not the tenant. They also never fixed anything. Request upon request for maintenance were promised to be answered but were not.
